Terms of service

S431udoku is a free Sudoku game published by me, Ivan Sergeevich Mologin (Мологин Иван Сергеевич). It is intended for people aged 16 and over. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Campaign, daily challenges, rankings and server hints need internet access. Free play works offline. Three mistakes end an attempt; undo does not restore mistakes or hints. Campaign and free games may be restarted. A daily retry is practice, not a new ranked attempt.

Daily competitions close at 00:00 UTC. One attempt per account counts. Server time, mistakes and hints determine scores. First, second and third places receive 3, 2 and 1 hint after settlement. Rankings may be corrected after review of invalid results.

Hints have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed. New accounts receive three once. Daily top-three rewards are the only further source of hints in version 1.0.0. There are no ads or purchases.

Protect access to your device. Link a supported login if you want account recovery on another device; an unlinked guest may be unrecoverable after losing local credentials. Do not automate cheating, attack the service or submit unlawful profile content. I may exclude invalid results with a recorded reason. Contact chelu@mail.ru to dispute a decision.

I may update the game and these terms or interrupt service for maintenance. Material changes are announced through the app or this page. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Support: chelu@mail.ru.

From version 1.0.1, new free games can use Calm mode without automatic mistake checks or a mistake limit. Three mistakes still end campaign and daily attempts. Candidate notes can be filled on request in free play; this does not fill answers.
