Privacy policy

I, Ivan Sergeevich Mologin (Мологин Иван Сергеевич), a self-employed publisher in Russia, operate S431udoku. Contact: chelu@mail.ru.

I process an account ID, chosen name, avatar and frame, provider identifiers when linked, progress, game actions, scores, winning-day streak and hint transactions. A deletion request also includes your contact address and message. Provider passwords are never requested.

I use this information to provide and restore games, authenticate accounts, calculate rankings, award hints, handle requests and prevent abuse. Your account ID, chosen name, avatar, frame and ranking results are visible to other players.

From version 1.0.1, with your optional consent, I use Yandex AppMetrica for usage and reliability analytics. It receives app launches and sessions, game events and results, crash reports and technical diagnostics, app and OS versions, device and network information (including the IP address), and a pseudonymous installation identifier. Advertising IDs, GPS coordinates, names, email addresses, account IDs and login tokens are not intentionally sent to AppMetrica. Advertising and purchases remain absent. Version 1.0.0 has no AppMetrica.

The game database and backups are hosted in Russia with Timeweb and Yandex Cloud. Google and Yandex process sign-in data when you choose their login. This website uses GitHub Pages; GitHub may process connection data outside Russia. Provider privacy policies apply to their processing.

Account data is retained while the account exists. In-app deletion removes the active profile, progress, history, provider links and hint balance. Encrypted backups expire within seven days. Support requests are retained until resolved; limited records may be retained when required by law.

You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through settings, the deletion page or chelu@mail.ru. I verify ownership for web requests and aim to respond within 30 days. The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. Changes to this policy are published here with an updated date.

You can refuse analytics without losing game features, or disable future transmission in Settings → Usage analytics. Previously transmitted analytics are processed under Yandex’s privacy policy (https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/). To request deletion of analytics, contact chelu@mail.ru; I will clarify which installation the request concerns. Deleting the game account does not by itself identify the separate AppMetrica installation.
